Premier care. Accessible pricing.
A team worth traveling for.
Patients come to RX-O2 from across the United States and internationally for experienced hyperbaric care, thoughtful treatment planning, and rates that make a full course of therapy more accessible.
Whether you are planning post-surgical recovery, exploring HBOT alongside regenerative medicine, or seeking a dedicated hyperbaric team, we can help you plan your care and your stay.

From across the country. To a team in Arizona.
Traveling for treatment is a meaningful decision. RX-O2 welcomes patients from coast to coast, including families coming from Texas, Florida, the East Coast, the Midwest, and the western United States.
Our team helps turn a distant destination into a practical plan: the right clinic, a medical evaluation, a treatment schedule, and a place to stay nearby.
Experience at scale. Care that stays personal.
RX-O2 reports more than 20,000 hyperbaric treatments annually across our clinics. That high-volume model helps spread operating costs across more sessions and supports accessible self-pay pricing.
Making care attainable is part of why we do this. Our investment in staff, chambers, and day-to-day operations serves a large patient community, helping us offer competitive rates while maintaining medical screening, trained supervision, and individual attention.

Compare the total cost of your visit. Consider treatment, lodging, transportation, and time away from home. We can help you understand the RX-O2 portion before you commit.
A trip with a clear purpose

RX-O2’s roots include surgical recovery and wound care. Medical Director Marvin A. Borsand, DO, FACOS, FACCS, brings extensive surgical experience to the team. We evaluate patients with compromised grafts and flaps and people seeking support around other procedures, coordinating with their surgeon when appropriate.
Your medical consultation helps determine whether HBOT is appropriate and what course may be recommended. If you are recovering from surgery, discuss the timing and safety of travel with your surgical team before making arrangements.
Our clinics welcome pediatric patients for evaluation and individualized planning. Tell us about caregiver, wheelchair, or positioning needs before booking so we can confirm the right clinic and chamber arrangements.
Hyperbaric oxygen therapy & regenerative medicine
Patients exploring regenerative medicine and stem-cell-based procedures often want to understand where hyperbaric oxygen therapy may fit. RX-O2 offers a place to have that conversation with a licensed clinician.
Published research has observed increased circulating stem/progenitor cells after HBOT. This helps explain interest in hyperbaric oxygen within regenerative medicine, but it does not establish that HBOT improves the results of a particular stem-cell procedure.
Read the published research ↗If you have received or are considering a regenerative treatment in the U.S. or abroad, tell our medical team what was proposed and when. With your permission, we can communicate with your treating provider to evaluate whether HBOT belongs in your care plan.
Ask about the expected benefits, evidence, risks, and regulatory status of any proposed regenerative procedure. HBOT and cell-based treatments are distinct therapies; each needs its own medical justification.
Start with a travel inquiry →Your HBOT consultation focuses on whether hyperbaric oxygen is appropriate for your care. Any cell-based procedure needs a separate evaluation with the provider offering it.
Knowledge shared beyond the clinic
Dr. Alexander Borsand’s educational work connects RX-O2 with clinicians and hyperbaric professionals across the country and internationally.
His speaking experience includes the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M), the International Hyperbarics Association (IHA), and Cell Surgical Network conferences. These conversations bring hyperbaric medicine into broader discussions about surgical recovery, regenerative medicine, and clinical safety.
As RX-O2’s owner, Clinic Safety Director, and an NHSA Certified Trainer, Dr. Borsand focuses on education, safety, and operations. Your medical evaluation and treatment prescription are provided by a licensed clinician.

Professional involvement. Practical standards.

We help with the practical details
A good treatment experience starts before you arrive. Our team can help you think through the details of staying near your confirmed RX-O2 clinic.
We work with local hotels to help visiting patients explore convenient accommodations. Ask us about current arrangements and availability for your clinic and travel dates.
For a longer course, an Airbnb or extended-stay rental may suit your needs. We can help you identify areas near the clinic and think through travel time, accessibility, and caregiver arrangements before you book.
Phoenix Sky Harbor is a common arrival point for visitors to the Valley. Consider transportation between the airport, lodging, and clinic. Confirm your medical plan and appointment schedule before making nonrefundable reservations.

Traveling for HBOT: your questions
Yes. We welcome patients from across the United States. Start with an inquiry so the team can explain medical evaluation, treatment planning, appointment availability, and lodging considerations before you book travel.

The total depends on your treatment plan, package, lodging, and transportation. Published examples are $180 for a 60-minute session and $225 for a 90-minute session. A published 60-session package is $9,000, or $150 per session. Confirm current pricing, consultation charges, and package terms before booking.
RX-O2 reports more than 20,000 treatments annually across its clinics. Spreading operating costs across a large number of sessions helps support accessible pricing. Each patient still needs an individual medical evaluation and treatment plan.
Yes. Our team works with local hotels and can help you explore areas near your confirmed clinic for a hotel, Airbnb, or extended stay. Confirm availability, rates, accessibility, and booking terms before reserving.
A licensed clinician can review whether HBOT is appropriate alongside your existing care and coordinate with your treating provider when authorized. HBOT is distinct from cell-based therapies, and benefit from a particular combination is not established simply because the treatments are used together.
Discuss timing and fitness to travel with your surgeon first. Our medical team can review whether HBOT is appropriate. A sudden or serious postoperative problem needs prompt local medical care rather than travel arrangements.
Your stay depends on the recommended number and frequency of treatments. Complete your medical evaluation and confirm appointment availability before booking a fixed treatment trip.
Yes. Tell us about caregiver, pediatric, wheelchair, or positioning needs before booking. Shared multiplace treatment requires appropriate screening and clearance for everyone entering the chamber.
The team reviews your request and contacts you using the details you provide to discuss next steps. An inquiry does not confirm an appointment, medical eligibility, hotel reservation, or treatment package.
